Story

Suresh(Varun Dhawan) aspires to become a big time dancer as per her mother’s dream and with a similar ambition of becoming a great hip-hop dancer, Vinnie (Shraddha Kapoor) waits for a chance. One fine day the opportunity finally strikes their door. They decide to compete in the world Hip-Hop dance championship where they meet their role model Vishnu sir (Prabhu Deva). However, both of them get rejected in the first stage due to some problems.

Vishnu takes responsibility to train them and after successful training, heaves them without informing. Where did Vishnu Sir go? What lies ahead for Suresh and Vinnie ? Will their ambition get fulfilled? What is the hidden backstory behind his sudden disappearance? All these questions are unraveled in the movie.

ABCD 2 Plus Points

ABCD 2 is a youthful dance entertainer filled with spectacular light shows, dances and choreographic performances. You are just glued to the screen without you knowing. Prabhu Deva is the special attraction for the film bringing beautiful choreography along with his on-screen charm. Climax mesmerizes with mind-blowing dance movements which bring richness to the movie content.

If you are dance buff, you just wouldn’t want to miss ABCD 2 movie. Because anybody can dance.

Anybody Can Dance 2 Minus points

There is nothing special about the story. It has a simple story that everyone can predict, a better screenplay would have made the movie a visual treat. I wouldn’t complain much because these genre films are driven by visual treat rather than the screenplay. This is a not your best movie choice, if you give a lot of weight to the script. If you are in there for pure entertainment, ABCD 2 is a must-watch.

Note: This movie rating is based on my personal viewing experience.
